A plain account of what to expect when using FitWellz, and what is expected in return.
Last updated April 2026
Using the FitWellz site or service means these terms apply. If any part does not work for a given situation, the right step is to stop before going further. Continued use reflects acceptance of the version shown here.
FitWellz offers calm, general guidance around movement, food, rest, stress and habits. It is educational and supportive in nature, shaped to be doable rather than intense, and it is not a substitute for individualised professional care.
Nothing here is medical, diagnostic or treatment advice. Decisions about health conditions, medication or significant routine changes should be discussed with a qualified professional who knows the full picture.
Where an account is created, accurate details and basic care of login information are expected.
The service should be used in good faith. Attempting to disrupt it, misuse content, or use it in a way that harms others or breaks the law is not permitted.
Submitting a form may lead to follow-up by email or, where consent was given, by text message. Messaging consent is optional and never a condition of access. Replying STOP ends messages and replying HELP requests support, and frequency may vary.
Site content, wording and visual style belong to FitWellz and may not be copied or reused without permission, beyond ordinary personal viewing of the material.
The service is offered on an as available basis. While care goes into the guidance, outcomes depend on individual circumstances, and no specific result is promised.
To the extent allowed by law, FitWellz is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from use of the site or guidance. Choices made from the material remain the responsibility of the person making them.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it is intended to be handled through binding arbitration on an individual basis, rather than through court or class proceedings, to the extent the law allows.
These terms may be refreshed as the service evolves. When that happens, the updated date at the top will change, and continued use reflects acceptance of the current version.
Questions about these terms are welcome through any of the following.
